Timetables

The final timetables and final exam dates for Summer 2022 are yet to be confirmed by Ofqual. We will update this page accordingly once this information is made available.

JCQ (the governing body for examinations) has also diarised a Contingency day of Wenesday 29 June 2022 for exams to be rescheduled should any significant disruptions arise during the Summer series. All students sitting exams in the Summer need to ensure that they are available for examinations up to and including this date regardless of the dates on their individual timetables.
 

JCQ Examination Regulations

Please see documents below issued by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) which apply to all external examinations offered at Heathfield Community College. We also use these regulations when conducting our internal (mock) examinations.

Results & Certificates

Results Summer 2022

Results days have now been set as follows:

A-Level & BTEC                             Thursday 18th August 2022
GCSE & Level 2 Certificates          Thursday 25th August 2022

More information with regards to results collection will be given in due course.

 

A-Levels/BTECs Certificates

A presentation evening is normally held for certificate collection in the December following the exam series. If you are unable to attend this evening to collect your certificates then they will be available for collection from the Sixth Form pastoral team from the start of the January term following the exam sittings. If you are able to collect your results or certificates in person please ensure you bring photographic ID with you. If you are unable to collect your results or certificates in person then you must provide the person collecting them on your behalf with a signed letter of authority from you, and they must bring with them their own photographic ID. You, or the person collecting the results or certificates on your behalf, will be asked to sign our collection record sheet.

GCSE Certificates

Year 11 certificates will be available for collection from the college in the following January. Please ensure you bring photographic ID with you, and you will need to sign for your results statements and for your certificates. If you are unable to collect in person you may someone else to collect your results or certificates on your behalf. They will need to bring a signed letter of authority from you and also their own photographic ID. Certificates cannot be issued without the correct documentation as these are legal documents.

Certificates gained in year 10 will be retained securely and issued to students with their year 11 certificates the following year.

ANY FORMER STUDENT WISHING TO COLLECT OUTSTANDING CERTIFICATES FROM THE COLLEGE MUST EMAIL [email protected] IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.
