Re: Year 13 A-Level Results Day, 15th August 2024
In preparation for the release of results in August, we would like to share some important information with you.
Results Day Arrangements

- Students will be able to receive their results in person. The College will be open for students to do this from 8:00am on Thursday 15th August 2024.
- If a student can’t collect their results from the College, they will be shared with students on the College Arbor website from 8:00am on Thursday 15th August.
- A parent/carer will only be allowed to collect results on behalf of a student if: (a) An email has been sent to [email protected] from the student’s College email account making this request (b) the request must name the person collecting the results on their behalf (c) the person collecting results must show photo ID (passport or driving licence) to the exams team in order to verify their identity

Post-Results Services 2023-24
All enquiries about results must be made through the College in line with JCQ guidance. Any A-Level or GCSE enquiry that relates to a student being able to access their next destination will be treated as a priority and processed by the College as quickly as possible. All other enquiries will be processed by the College when term resumes in September.
If you require further information on post-results services please see the documents listed here or email [email protected] from your college email account. Please note enquiries can only be accepted from the candidate to whom the results have been issued. There is a cost to most enquiry services, and you must be aware the results can go up, but also stay the same or go down as a result of an enquiry.

A-Levels/BTECs Certificates
A presentation evening is normally held for certificate collection in the December following the exam series. If you are unable to attend this evening to collect your certificates then they will be available for collection from the Sixth Form pastoral team from the start of the January term following the exam sittings. If you are able to collect your results or certificates in person please ensure you bring photographic ID with you. If you are unable to collect your results or certificates in person then you must provide the person collecting them on your behalf with a signed letter of authority from you, and they must bring with them their own photographic ID. You, or the person collecting the results or certificates on your behalf, will be asked to sign our collection record sheet.
GCSE Certificates
Certificates for Summer 2023 Examinations are now ready for collection.
Year 11 certificates will be available for collection from the college in the following January. Please ensure you bring photographic ID with you, and you will need to sign for your results statements and for your certificates. If you are unable to collect in person you may someone else to collect your results or certificates on your behalf. They will need to bring a signed letter of authority from you and also their own photographic ID. Certificates cannot be issued without the correct documentation as these are legal documents.
Certificates gained in year 10 will be retained securely and issued to students with their year 11 certificates the following year.
ANY FORMER STUDENT WISHING TO COLLECT OUTSTANDING CERTIFICATES FROM THE COLLEGE MUST EMAIL [email protected] IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.
