Transition & Enrolment

Enrolment Forms must be completed and returned with all the necessary information to confirm your place at Heathfield Sixth Form. If we do not receive a completed Enrolment Form by 10.00am on Wednesday 27 August we will not be able to guarantee places on courses applied for.

To prepare for enrolment completed forms will be accepted prior to results day. All information will be held securely. Enrolment Forms will only be processed once we have received a statement of results and, for New to Heathfield students, identification.

Processing of Enrolment Forms will start following GCSE results day.

Current Heathfield students can enrol in person following results day on Thursday 21 August. Members of the Sixth Form Team will be available at College following the collection of results.

New to Heathfield students can enroll digitally or, alternatively, can enrol in person on Friday 22 August. Members of the Sixth Form Team will be available and places on courses will still be secure. Attending this day is not compulsory and if all documents are received we will send confirmation via email.

Enrolment for students who meet entry requirements can take place digitally if all information is received.

We kindly request your patience during the busy period of Enrolment. We will confirm receipt of all documents as soon as we can. Students wishing to change course programmes may have to wait until after the enrolment deadline. Students who submit late applications post results will also be processed following the enrolment deadline.
