Enrolment Forms
Enrolment Forms must be completed and returned with all necessary information to confirm your place at the College. If the College does not receive completed forms by Tuesday 27 August at midday we cannot guarantee places on courses.
To prepare for enrolment completed forms will be accepted from Monday 8 July. These forms will be held securely until the receipt of Statement of Results and identification for New to Heathfield students.
Enrolment Days:
Current Heathfield students can enrol in person following results day on Thursday 22 August. Members of the Sixth Form Team will be available at College after the collection of results.
New to Heathfield students can enrol by attending our New to Heathfield Enrolment Day on Friday 23 August. Members of the Sixth Form Team will be available.

Enrolment for students who meet entry requirements can take place digitally if all information is received. Confirmation will be issued in a timely manner.
We kindly request your patience during the busy period of Enrolment. Students wishing to change course programmes may have to wait until after the close of enrolment. Students who submit late applications post results will also be processed after the enrolment deadline.
