Please find below details of our enrolment procedures for September 2018 entry.

New to Heathfield Students

Thursday 23 August           GCSE Results Day

Friday 24 August               New to Heathfield Enrolment Day (10am – 4pm in the LRC)

Thursday 6 September       Year 12 Start College (8.40am)

 

For students joining Heathfield Sixth Form from other Colleges we offer an Enrolment Day to allow for all materials to be checked and submitted before fully enrolling at College.

To enrol we need the following documents to be copied or bought to College

  • Passport (for identification)
  • Statement of Examination Results

We also require the following documents to be read and completed. This can be done prior to enrolment or on the day.

Confirmation on any transport arrangements will be available on the enrolment day.

Students will receive their timetables and support with logging into the College network on their first day.

 

Current Heathfield Students

Thursday 23 August           GCSE Results Day & Enrolment

You can collect your GCSE results between 9 – 11am in the Library
The Sixth Form team will be available in the LRC between 10am – 3pm for students to enrol into Sixth Form and to answer any queries

Thursday 6 September       Year 12 Start College (8.40am)

 

For students continuing into Heathfield Sixth Form we require that the following documents are completed:

If students do not currently use our cashless catering system and wish to from September they must complete the Cashless Catering form above.

Members of the Sixth Form Team will be available on GCSE Results Day for enrolment and for any questions that may arise from results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I am on holiday during the enrolment days. What do I do?

A: Please complete the enrolment form prior to leaving for your holiday. On results day please contact the College with statement of results. If you have met the entry requirements for the subjects you have chosen a confirmation email will be sent. If you have not met entry requirements we will request contact with you.

Q: I have not met the entry requirements for the subjects I have chosen. What do I do?

A: Speak to a member of the Sixth Form Team. We will offer advice. It is important to state that priority for subjects will go to students who have met the entry requirements.

Q: I require the College run bus service but have not paid a deposit. What do I do?

A: Please speak to a member of the Sixth Form Team. Unless a deposit has been paid there is no guarantee that a seat on the bus will be available. We will always base the size of the buses on the number of deposits received.
